An exceptional dental practice! Jenni is an exceptionally thorough dental hygienist. She makes this visit pleasant and is great at removing stains while assuring healthy teeth. Dr. Harding identified some work that was needed to maintain good health; the work needed was easily scheduled. Shannon is makes each visit a positive experience, and runs the office extremely well.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted until I walked out, this was the best dental experience of my life. Clean. Professional. Good communication. Didn’t talk down to me but treated me as a person involving me in decisions. The hygienist went above and beyond to make me comfortable and the dentist was exactly what I’m looking for. A perfectionist with great bedside manner. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I recently had a first time patient appointment here and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dental place. I avoided the dentist for years to the point of neglecting my care, because it felt like past dentists have shamed and scolded me and made me feel unwelcome which only made me avoid it more. Not everyone is well educated on dental care (like myself) or can afford to seek care (I'm finally able to at age 28!) Everyone from the receptionist to the exam specialist to the doctor (I'm not great with names, sorry!) were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They comforted, reassured, and educated me. At the end of the appointment, the doctor took some time to sit with me and get to know me a bit then spent another 5 minutes or so just explaining anything I might need to know. Let's just say, I was surprised when I first found this place online and they had a perfect 5 star review, and now I know why. Thank you to everyone there!

My first visit to see Dr. Harding and his staff was very positive. The roomy office was clean & neat. The staff was happy, friendly, and welcoming. I was given ample time for my exam and questions, which doctor answered. I felt safe and received good medical care. This office has good things going on!

Everyone is so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer every question you have. Dr. Harding explains everything he is going to do and makes sure you don’t have any pain or discomfort. Lea is an amazing dental assistant also so kind and considerate. Everyone there are just awesome people who know the true meaning of caring for patients!

Hands down the best Dentistry around. From the exceptional receptionist lady's that go out of thier way to work around your schedule to fullfill your needs to amazing techs that make you feel very comfortable and Dr. Jared Harding who i see as a perfectionist who wont let you walk away if he dont like what he sees and you wont walk away disappointed what so ever. By far the best best around. If I could 10 stars I would.

Katie is always helpful. At this past 6-month cleaning, I shared with her that I do not enjoy flossing my lower teeth now that I have a wire behind the teeth. Katie offered me a new floss option. I tried it at home and it is so much easier to floss. Thank you to the entire team, Jared, Katie, Jenny, Shannon, and everyone in the office, for taking care of my family's dental needs.

I’m absolutely blown away at the experience I had here. My previous dentist that I loved no longer accepted my insurance, so I had to find a new dentist. I found Dr. Harding from a Google search. As someone who has massive anxiety surrounding any kind of dental work, this office is the most relaxing place I have ever been for my dental care. My hygienist, Nicole, was incredibly kind and kept me at ease the entire appointment by telling me everything she was doing before doing it. Dr. Harding went above and beyond in his examination after my cleaning, even checking my jaw for potential pain and TMJ issues without asking, as well as checking mouth tissues for early cancer indications just as part of a check up. I’ve never felt more thoroughly taken care of at the dentist before. So happy I’m now a patient here!

A Consistently excellent and a wonderful customer experience . Every process is explained well and decisions are made in consultation with the patient with costs and options openly explained ( as it should be but often isn’t other places ) My wife and I are certain that Dr Harding and group are acting solely in our best interests .

I recently had a root canal done because I lost part of a tooth. They got me in the same day that I called, and the procedure was painless. Dr. Harding is such a caring and Igentle dentist and every procedure that I've had done has been painless. His staff is very efficient and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Harding and his staff!

Jenny is just so friendly and considerate of your needs. She does a great job cleaning your teeth and making sure you are comfortable. She answers any questions as does Dr. Harding. They always tell you what’s wrong or what needs to be done. Always being considerate of your own needs. I trust them to tell me their best advice on what we should do and how to do it and what it will cost.

Had a hygiene appointment with Nicole that included bitewing X-rays, routine cleaning --- and an extra cleaning due to my regular consumption of coffee & tea! Nicole is exceptionally professional and very courteous. I look forward to returning to Dentistry of West Bend for oral health care led by Dr. Harding and his team of welcoming staff including Shannon and Jen.

Before coming to Dentistry of West Bend I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 25 years. The staff is always incredibly helpful & kind. Dr. Harding is thorough & so, so friendly! They got me set up with multiple appointments to take care of my neglected teeth, got my insurance squared away & I have been a loyal patient ever since! (I haven't missed a cleaning since 🙂 I can't say enough good things. Do yourself a favor & give them a call!

Nicole is awesome! Even just a cleaning is always friendly and kind. Love the front office ladies immediate and friendly greetings every time. Also your landscaping is beautiful and well kept. So many businesses let weeds grow crazy and being a flowering gardener i appreciate your maintenance on the beauty of your business.

Dr. Harding and team are fantastic with both adults and children. From scheduling, exams, next steps, and costs Dr. Harding & team are very professional, thorough, communicative, and friendly. I have honestly never felt as comfortable in a dental office as I do there, my teenager says the same. Highly recommend!!!
